  • Stocks slide as 10-year Treasury hits 4.225%

    Stocks fell across the board led by utilities and industrials as bond yields continued to march higher with the 10-year Treasury yield hitting 4.225%, the highest since June of 2008. Energy and communications companies posted modest gains. In commodities, oil rose 0.5% to $85.98 per barrel.
